Customer Service Representative


  • Greet Customers as they arrive
  • Assess Customers needs and provide assistance and information on products
  • Maintain in-stock position
  • Maintain cleanliness of the store
  • Process Point of Sale purchases
  • Build and maintain trust relationships with Customers
  • Promote knowledge and safety


  • Must be over 19
  • Must be able to drive and possess a valid drivers license and have a method of transportation
  • Primary work location would be Mississauga, but on occasion must be available to work in the Burlington store 
  • Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends
  • Proven work experience
  • Solid communication skills
  • Problem solving and issue resolution skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Friendly, approachable and energetic personality with a Customer focus
  • Basic knowledge of products
