CANADA POST UPDATE

Twisted Coil has decided to resume Ontario shipping. Canada Post has been delivering with some normalcy during strike talks. Packages that require signature and ID (like our products) will continue to receive a pick-up notice (out of our control).

Once your order is in the hands of Canada Post, we have zero control over the delivery times. Please be aware that TCV will NOT be shipping replacement orders. If your order gets lost in the confusion, you will have to be patient and wait for ticket updates. The packages always arrive at their destination, even if not in a timely manner. TCV does not guarantee delivery times.

TCV has no more information on this than Google search. While we apologize for any inconvenience, please note, while we believe we are an all mighty and powerful entity, we do not control Canada Post.
