Payment and Shipping

Provincial excise products have individual stamps, therefore, as of October 1 2024, TCV will only be shipping consumables within Ontario. This includes any filled pod, disposable or bottle.

We use Age verified Expedited Canada Post for delivery. We charge a flat rate of $20 for orders under $150. Orders $150 and over (before tax) will enjoy free shipping. Government photo Id and signature will be required to release from CP.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF YOUR ORDER OR YOUR PAYMENT CHECK JUNK FOLDERS ON YOUR EMAIL AND MARK AS SAFE.

Please ensure you confirm you have the right shipping address on your order. TCV will not be held responsible for undeliverable packages in the event that the delivery address you provided is incorrect. If the package is deemed undeliverable from CP, TCV will charge you return to sender shipping costs and refund the difference of your order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard as well as Electronic Money Transfer (EMT).

To send payment using Electronic Money Transfer please follow these directions:

1) Log-in to your online banking account with your financial institution.

2) Choose to send money using Email money transfer

3) Add payments@twistedcoilvapes.ca as the recipient.

4) Add your order number as a comment to simplify and expedite processing of your order.

5) Send payment.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Twisted Coil Vapes product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Twisted Coil Vapes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Twisted Coil Vapes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you have already sent payment, we will cancel your order and your funds will be returned.
