Twisted Coil Vapes will only accept Hardware Returns if the item(s) are unopened, sealed and unused and in the original packaging from the Manufacturer. It must also be accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase. If we deem your return to have been used we will not be able to refund or exchange the item(s). We will honor the Return for 30 days from purchase on all sealed hardware items.
Twisted Coil Vapes Warranty Period is 30 days.
Our warranty does not cover: Improper use or failure to follow manufacturer's operating instructions (please refer to the manual that came with your device), misuse (only use properly rated batteries), mishandling, accidents (such as liquid damage, dropping, USB port misuse). Unauthorized repair, defects caused by normal wear and tear which includes, but is not limited to: hinges, cover plates, loose hardware or damage found at connections such as the USB port or items outside the 30 day warranty period will also not be covered.
Our warranty will cover: Chip malfunctions, LED malfunctions, auto firing issues and battery overheating issues (when properly rated batteries are used). Please note that we can only accept items that are malfunctioning due to a Manufacturer Defect. Items that fall under this category and have been approved and accepted will be eligible for an exchange of the identical item. In the event that an item is no longer available, store credit will be given.
You will need to return the item in its original packaging and must be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS UP TO OUR DISTRIBUTORS TO APPROVE OR DENY ANY AND ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS OUTSIDE OF DOA (Dead On Arrival). WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE ITEMS IMMEDIATELY, THE PRODUCTS WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE RETURN PROCESS FROM THE CORRESPONDING DISTRIBUTOR. ONCE APPROVED OR DENIED BY THE DISTRIBUTOR WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH THEIR DECISION.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the item in question complete with original packaging and its contents at purchase including any manuals, charging cables and spare parts.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items are treated as a final sale and will not be covered under warranty.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
